Dispatch Coordinator – Tile Adhesive Issuing Specialist

About the role

KEDA Ceramics is looking for a detail‑oriented Dispatch Coordinator to manage the issuance and movement of tile adhesive materials within the warehouse and during dispatch. The role ensures accurate loading, timely deliveries and strict adherence to inventory and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily truck allocation schedules and dispatch plans with the Team Leader.
• Work with godown clerks, loaders and forklift operators to load trucks on time and verify correct quantity and quality.
• Monitor SAP codes, colour codes, truck numbers, delivery notes and waybills for accuracy.
• Guide and coordinate truck drivers, loaders and forklift operators during loading operations.
• Obtain final confirmation and approval of loaded materials from the Assistant Manager.
• Collaborate with the Production (Grading) Department to ensure timely material transfer to the receiving area across all shifts.
• Conduct thorough checks of SAP codes, colour codes, quantities and quality before dispatch and resolve discrepancies with the Grading Manager.
• Ensure materials are transferred from the receiving area to the warehouse promptly.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and dispatch records in line with company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures and inventory control policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by leadership or management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Warehouse Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations, dispatch or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in shift work, weekends or overtime as required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Understanding of inventory control and dispatch procedures.
