Dynamic Sales Executive – Drive Growth

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Nairobi team and help expand the reach of our furniture products. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and digital platforms.
• Promote and market the company’s products and services to potential clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates.
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, aggressive, and target‑oriented.
