ECOP/COP Qualified Insurance Sales Agents

About the role

ICEA LION Group is seeking ECOP/COP‑qualified Insurance Sales Agents to join its Nairobi team. This full‑time, on‑site position involves engaging clients, offering tailored insurance solutions, and guiding them through policy selection and acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers to assess their insurance needs and propose appropriate products.
• Provide clear advice on policy features, benefits, and coverage options.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy renewals.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout the sales process.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
• Proven experience in client engagement and relationship building.
• ECOP or COP qualification in insurance (mandatory).
• Additional insurance certifications or continuous professional development are a plus.
• Familiarity with law‑enforcement processes is advantageous for regulatory compliance.
