Ecosystem Program Manager

About the role

Bridge for Billions is launching its first multi‑country ecosystem‑building initiative in Africa. Based in Nairobi, you will partner with the Project Director to lead the Conecta Africa project, empowering Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESOs) across Kenya, Rwanda, Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa to run high‑impact incubation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Train and support incubation managers from partner ESOs on the Bridge platform, selection processes, and mentorship coordination.
• Facilitate workshops, demo days and ecosystem events that showcase top entrepreneurs.
• Co‑create progress and impact reports with the Project Director.
• Act as primary liaison for regional partners (public agencies, foundations, private entities) to activate incubation initiatives.
• Design and monitor implementation strategies, resource allocation, timelines and budgets for assigned programmes.
• Coordinate with internal Product and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Deliver regular performance reports and success stories to donors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing incubation or entrepreneurship programmes across multiple countries.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with ability to engage public, private and foundation partners.
• Excellent analytical abilities to design implementation plans, track KPIs and manage budgets.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills for workshops and public events.
