About the role

One Acre Fund, founded in 2006, equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers across nine African countries to increase productivity and resilience. In Kenya, the program operates under the local brand Tupande, with close to 500 staff at the Kakamega headquarters and around 50 staff in Nairobi supporting global functions. The Electrical Maintenance Officer (Fixed‑Term) will join the Tupande team, helping to maintain and ensure the reliability of electrical systems that underpin field operations, input distribution and other agricultural services. This role is part of a fixed‑term contract and is based in Kenya.
