About the role
The English Literature Teacher will join MM - MV Shah Academy to deliver A‑Level English Literature instruction within the Cambridge International framework. The role focuses on fostering deep literary understanding and critical analysis among senior students.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess A‑Level English Literature lessons aligned with Cambridge International standards.
- Develop engaging teaching materials, resources and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and curriculum delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
Required profile
- Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) in Kenya.
- Qualified to teach A‑Level English Literature.
- Strong knowledge of Cambridge International Education curricula.
- Proven experience in planning, implementing and assessing learning through the Cambridge framework.
