Entry Level Sales Assistant

About the role

Kinangop Dairy Limited, one of Kenya's leading dairy processors, is looking for an entry-level Sales Assistant to join its Sales and Marketing department. The post is based in Nyandarua County, about 44 minutes from Naivasha, and is responsible for meeting the company's sales and marketing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and sign for all loaded products, ensuring accountability for outbound and return items.
• Guide drivers along their assigned routes so that all deliveries are completed on time.
• Prepare and manage delivery documentation such as GRNs, delivery notes and returns.
• Record and reconcile all crates, cans and product movements with customers and the factory.
• Report incidents promptly and keep clear communication with supervisors.
• Safeguard company property, keep vehicles secure and clean, and arrange goods properly.
• Follow company policies, KPIs and reporting times, and carry out any other duties assigned.

Required profile

• KCSE certificate, or a certificate in Sales and Marketing or Business Studies.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a dairy industry sales role.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm, and able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Integrity, empathy and customer service skills, including problem solving.
