About the role

We are seeking a proactive Events Sales & Marketing Executive to support our team remotely from Nairobi. The role focuses on researching target customers, building contact lists, and conducting email outreach on a temporary basis.

Key responsibilities

Research potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, Apollo.io and gather names, emails and company details.
Maintain and organise contact lists in Excel spreadsheets.
Send outreach emails via Gmail and track communications.
Provide administrative support such as updating contact information, scheduling follow‑ups and keeping data tidy.
Assist with additional tasks as required.

Required profile

Reliable and able to work remotely Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, meeting set targets.
Curious and comfortable locating hard‑to‑find email addresses.
Clear and professional communicator.
Tech‑savvy with Google Drive, Gmail and Excel, and willing to learn tools like Apollo.io.
Organised, fast‑moving and focused.
Eager to learn and take initiative.
