Export Sales Administrator

About the role

The Export Sales Administrator will support the Export Manager in delivering efficient administrative, commercial and operational services for Kenya Tea Packers' export activities. This role ensures smooth order processing, compliance with trade regulations and contributes to market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for export customers, handling enquiries, order updates and shipment tracking.
• Prepare and verify export shipping documents, obtain regulatory approvals and ensure compliance with international trade rules.
• Coordinate order information with production, planning, logistics and finance to guarantee timely fulfilment.
• Maintain and update customer profiles, pricing schedules and contractual records.
• Monitor export sales dashboards, demand forecasts and assist in export sales planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in export sales administration, international trade or logistics within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling export documentation, compliance and international shipping processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
