Factory Helper

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Factory Helper to support our production team in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment. The role involves assisting machine operators and production workers with daily tasks to keep the line running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials and finished products.
• Pack, label, and prepare items for storage or dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Inspect materials and products for visible defects or damage.
• Assist with inventory handling and stock movement.
• Operate basic tools and equipment as instructed.
• Dispose of waste materials properly and keep workstations clean.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a factory setting.
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving items.
