FAST Credit Supervisor

About the role

The FAST Credit Supervisor will lead the implementation of the FAST (Finance Accelerating Savings for Transformation) product in Kegonga, Migori. Reporting to the Relationship Manager and FAST Product Manager, you will mentor Field Officers, ensure high‑quality loan portfolios, and drive financial inclusion for Savings for Transformation groups.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the FAST project and mentor Field Officers to meet mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
• Conduct group verification tests and achieve targets for customer service, retention, impact tracking, and loan‑portfolio quality.
• Collaborate with World Vision Kenya and partner organisations to maximise business impact.
• Train community groups on the FAST product and build Field Officer capacity.
• Maintain Field Officer productivity through support, mentorship, and timely query resolution.
• Work closely with S4T agents, community stakeholders, AP managers, and local authorities.
• Enforce FAST project policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assess staff performance, ensure high morale, and identify training needs.
• Prepare and submit performance reports to the Relationship and Product Managers.
• Plan and execute promotional activities within the target location.
• Promote customer‑centric approaches through Field Officers.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Economics, Accounting, Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Banking, Marketing, Cooperative, Agricultural Economics, Agriculture, or a related social science.
