About the role

The Field Officer will act as the frontline representative of Tuishi Companion Ltd, promoting health‑related financial products and supporting community members in accessing their benefits. This role involves direct interaction with residents across villages, markets, hospitals and other public spaces.

Key responsibilities

Register new members for Tuishi’s medical and expense cover programmes.
Educate communities about Medical Cover, Last Expense Cover and In‑kind Envelope benefits.
Assist members with claims processing and service activations.
Expand Tuishi’s presence in villages, estates, markets, hospitals, churches and workplaces.

Required profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Resident of the Coast Region or willing to relocate.
Passionate about serving the community.
