Field Officer – Nyali

About the role

The Field Officer will serve as the primary point of contact between Tuishi Companion Ltd and residents of Nyali and surrounding coastal communities. This role focuses on promoting health‑related insurance products, providing education on coverage options, and ensuring members receive timely assistance throughout the claim lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Register new members for Medical Cover, Last Expense Cover, and the Inkind Envelope assistance program.
• Conduct community outreach sessions to educate individuals and families about the benefits and procedures of each health‑cover product.
• Guide members through claim submission, documentation verification, and service activation to ensure smooth processing.
• Identify and engage strategic locations such as villages, estates, markets, hospitals, churches, and workplaces to expand Tuishi’s presence and increase enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions, enrollment data, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey complex information clearly.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Resident of the Coast Region or willing to relocate to Nyali.
• Strong passion for community service and improving access to healthcare coverage.
