Field Officer – Poverty Graduation & Nutrition Evaluation (34 positions)

About the role

Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) is seeking 34 Field Officers to support a one‑month evaluation of a Poverty Graduation and Nutrition program in North and South Pokot Sub‑counties, Kenya. The role involves conducting surveys, collecting high‑quality data, and ensuring ethical standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Administer trader and other study surveys as designed by the principal investigator.
• Participate in survey training sessions and provide timely feedback on any issues.
• Obtain informed consent from participants and follow standard operating procedures for data collection.
• Upload completed forms to the central server daily.
• Maintain and safeguard IPA equipment, including tablets and power banks.
• Report progress and any challenges to the Senior Field Officer, Field Manager, or Research Assistant.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in Kenya.
• Ability to follow detailed protocols and maintain data quality.
• Willingness to work onsite in West Pokot County for the duration of the project.
