Field Sales Representative

About the role

Kenya Builders & Concrete Co. Ltd is looking for a proactive Field Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships within the home‑construction sector. You will promote our product range, provide technical guidance, and drive sales through regular site visits and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with builders, contractors, architects and other construction professionals.
• Visit construction sites to assess project needs, identify opportunities and offer tailored solutions.
• Prospect new business, present product features and benefits, and negotiate pricing and contracts to meet revenue targets.
• Deliver product training and demonstrations, ensuring proper usage and installation techniques.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations and customer service to ensure timely delivery and smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, report on sales performance and analyse market trends to improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven field‑sales experience, preferably in construction or building‑materials sales.
