Finance and Operations Manager

About the role

The Finance and Operations Manager will support USP Kenya’s mission by overseeing day‑to‑day financial, accounting, procurement, logistics and administrative functions. Reporting to the Country Director and GHMS Program Delivery, the role ensures transparent, compliant, and efficient management of donor‑funded activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily finance, accounting, procurement, logistics and administrative operations for the USP Kenya office.
• Ensure compliance with USP policies, donor requirements and Kenyan statutory regulations.
• Maintain strong internal controls and provide operational support for project implementation.
• Coordinate closely with USP headquarters, including Global Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance & Ethics, and Security teams.
• Collaborate with project teams and functional leads to implement donor‑funded activities.
