Finance Manager (Remote) – $100k/year

About the role

Lead global finance operations for Trilogy’s Central Finance team while staying hands‑on with invoices, payments, reconciliations and allocations. You will coach a team of Senior Accountants, diagnose accounting errors and embed AI‑driven automation to improve speed and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Keep finance operations moving through Senior Accountants, prioritising work by deadlines, business impact and financial risk.
• Inspect dashboards and outputs to ensure invoices, payments, bank transactions, reconciliations, control accounts, revenue and spend allocations are accurate and current.
• Diagnose quality failures, write evidence‑based coaching and prevent repeat errors.
• Identify and implement AI, LLM and automation opportunities to eliminate manual work.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and a professional qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience with at least five Big 4 audits, either as auditor or client.
• Finance experience in an organization with ≥ $100 M revenue.
• People‑management experience with direct responsibility for finance professionals.
• Hands‑on experience across AP, AR, bank reconciliations and revenue/spend allocation.
• Proven ability to embed AI/LLM tools into high‑volume finance workflows.
• Willingness to work US business hours.
