Finance Systems and Process Management Lead

About the role

The Finance Systems and Process Management Lead ensures that finance systems and processes across the Group are aligned with strategy, delivering efficient, well‑controlled operations while driving continuous improvement, digitisation and emerging technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse finance business processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, duplication and standardisation opportunities.
• Recommend and support implementation of process improvements that enhance accuracy, timeliness, governance and user experience.
• Assess finance system needs, define business requirements and identify gaps in existing systems, workflows, data flows, reports and controls.
• Lead or support finance system and process improvement projects from design through testing, data migration, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, issue resolution, cut‑over readiness and transition to business‑as‑usual support.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for Oracle E‑Business Suite, EPM, banking finance processes and related platforms, resolving end‑user challenges.
• Promote adoption of digitisation, AI, RPA and other emerging technologies to improve efficiency, controls and analytics.
• Prepare and deliver training, develop user guides, process documentation and change communications to drive adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance process improvement and system implementation.
• Strong understanding of finance governance, internal controls and standardisation across multiple subsidiaries.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional projects, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful delivery.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on identifying automation use cases.
