Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to lead financial analyses of our real‑estate portfolio. You will work closely with brokers, back‑office teams, and senior leadership to evaluate investment opportunities and support the growth of our property assets.

Key responsibilities

• Underwrite and value multifamily and retail properties.
• Build and maintain complex financial models in Excel and other financial systems.
• Evaluate commercial loan structures and assess risk.
• Review operating statements, rent rolls, and other property performance data.
• Track and report on rental and sales comparables in the commercial real‑estate market.
• Develop financially‑driven arguments to support investment decisions.
• Assist brokers with market statistics and research.
• Collaborate regularly with back‑office colleagues and attend weekly development meetings.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks such as data entry, scanning, and errands.
• Potentially create real‑estate proposals, manage CRM data, and support marketing initiatives.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Financial modeling expertise.
• Familiarity with ARGUS software (or willingness to become certified).
• Knowledge of CCIM principles (or willingness to become certified).
• Experience managing CRM data.
