Financial Manager – Group Finance Lead

About the role

The Financial Manager will act as the senior finance authority for Amerigulf and its affiliated entities, overseeing end‑to‑end financial processes. This hands‑on position blends daily cash reconciliation, profitability reporting, and strategic financial planning to support rapid growth in avocado import and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly profitability and cash‑flow reports and monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for Amerigulf and, as scope expands, the wider group.
• Develop and maintain rolling cash‑flow forecasts, highlighting margin pressures, cash discrepancies and stock variances.
• Own daily cash reconciliation across all sales and delivery staff, with a focus on COD collections.
• Investigate and resolve stock‑level discrepancies in coordination with Operations, treating variances as control gaps.
• Design, implement and enforce internal controls for cash handling, inventory management and expense approvals.
• Provide CEO‑level dashboards and clear P&L narratives to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Mid‑level finance professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage cash, inventory and financial reporting in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
