About the role
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will support business performance by turning financial and operational data into actionable insights. Reporting to the Senior Manager FP&A, the role drives budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, management reporting, and financial modelling to inform executive decisions and capital allocation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead P&L and cash‑flow forecasting cycles.
- Develop and maintain long‑range planning (LRP) models.
- Perform scenario analysis and performance reviews.
- Prepare and present management reports to senior leadership.
- Partner with business units to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Support capital allocation and strategic planning initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence decisions.
- Advanced financial modelling capabilities.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
