About the role
City Walk Kenya is seeking energetic Floor Attendants to join its retail team in Kisumu. You will help deliver excellent customer service, support sales, and keep the store well presented and stocked.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service on the shop floor.
- Support sales through upselling, cross‑selling and product recommendations.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is organized and well stocked.
- Assist with inventory checks and replenishment as needed.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of retail or sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Confidence in upselling and cross‑selling.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and various shifts.
- A Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems.
