Florist Supervisor

About the role

Purpink Gifts Limited is looking for an experienced Florist Supervisor to lead the florist production floor and act as the final quality gate for every floral order before dispatch. The role reports to the Fulfilment Head and covers product substitutions, quality control, workflow balance and mentoring the florist team.

Key responsibilities

• Authorise and record all product substitutions
• Conduct final quality checks on completed orders before dispatch
• Manage reject logs and give quality feedback to florists
• Balance workflow, clear held orders and assign production kits during peak periods
• Coach and train florists on quality, speed and production standards
• Support new product development and approve floral designs for production readiness
• Report daily production output and quality performance

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a high-volume florist or production environment
• Higher Diploma or Degree in Floral Design, Fine Arts, Horticulture or a related field
• Proven florist with strong leadership and quality-management experience
• Ability to make confident decisions and give constructive feedback
• Calm and decisive under pressure during busy production periods
• Excellent attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills
