Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

Our client, a luxury safari camp in the Maasai Mara, is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest dining experiences in a remote hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all front‑of‑house Food & Beverage activities and maintain consistent service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing needs and concerns during dining.
• Monitor beverage inventory, manage stock rotation, and control wastage to optimise costs.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to guarantee seamless service delivery and accurate menu execution.
• Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Lead, train and motivate the Food & Beverage team to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, inventory management and cost control.
• Experience in a safari lodge, camp or other remote hospitality setting is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
