Forklift Driver Team Leader

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Forklift Driver Team Leader to manage and coordinate our forklift operations. The role involves supervising a team of drivers, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining equipment performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the forklift driver team.
- Ensure all forklift operations comply with safety standards and company policies.
- Oversee routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of forklifts.
- Provide training and guidance to drivers to uphold high operational standards.
- Monitor team performance, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a proficient forklift driver.
- Familiarity with forklift maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
- Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
