Freelance Recruiter (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

This full‑time remote position is for a Freelance Recruiter who will lead end‑to‑end hiring processes across both IT and non‑IT domains. You will work independently, ensuring a professional and inclusive experience for all candidates while meeting agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates for a variety of industry sectors.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain accurate candidate pipelines.
• Utilise online platforms, professional networks and databases to identify qualified talent.
• Provide regular hiring progress updates and reports.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with inclusive hiring principles.

Required profile

• Strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and shortlisting for both IT and non‑IT roles.
• Background working across multiple sectors such as IT, telecom, banking, engineering, retail, manufacturing and aviation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while working remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
