French Speaking Trainer in Finance, Project Management and M&E

About the role

The French Speaking Trainer in Finance, Project Management and Monitoring & Evaluation will design and deliver training programmes for French‑speaking clients and partners. Working on a hybrid basis from Nairobi, the role combines on‑site workshops with virtual sessions, curriculum development and post‑training support.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training on financial management, budgeting, financial analysis and M&E practices.
• Prepare training materials, case studies, practical exercises and coaching tools.
• Assess participant needs, customise content for diverse business contexts and provide follow‑up feedback.
• Facilitate workshops both in person and online, using video‑conferencing and presentation software.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting and financial analysis for business growth.
• Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation, including framework and indicator development.
• Excellent spoken and written French; good working English for internal collaboration.
• Experience in adult learning, curriculum design and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to create clear, practical training materials and adapt them to varied audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑engagement skills in a multicultural environment.
