Trainer & Facilitator – Financial Modeling & Corporate Valuation Using Excel

About the role

We are seeking an expert Trainer and Facilitator based in Nairobi to design and deliver an intensive, hands‑on training program on Financial Modeling using Excel. The program targets corporate finance professionals, analysts, entrepreneurs, and banking executives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver modular, lab‑style sessions guiding participants through building functional financial models from scratch.
• Teach structured, error‑free spreadsheet design with clear separation of inputs, calculations, and transparent logic.
• Guide attendees through the 3‑Statement linkage (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and DCF valuation models.
• Instruct on sensitivity, scenario analysis, and creating executive‑ready dashboards.

Required profile

• Deep practical experience in corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, private equity, or financial advisory.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; VBA/Macro knowledge is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering engaging corporate training or academic instruction.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
