Fulfillment Buyer – Mining & Geological

About the role

The Fulfillment Buyer will secure high‑quality raw material sources for continuous production by conducting geological surveys, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with mining regulations. This role bridges field exploration, procurement, and quality assurance to guarantee timely delivery of mineral inputs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct geological surveys, exploration and sampling to identify and evaluate mineral deposits.
• Prepare sites for extraction and maintain all required mining permits and regulatory licenses.
• Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
• Coordinate procurement activities, track production schedules and resolve supply‑chain disruptions.
• Supervise extraction, loading and transportation to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collect, label and deliver raw‑material samples to laboratories, track testing progress and act on results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mining, geological surveying or raw‑material procurement.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, permits and environmental compliance.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on quality control and documentation.
