Full Stack Web Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to manage, maintain and optimise multiple websites and high‑converting landing pages for a leading legal practice. You will work closely with marketing, intake, IT and design teams to deliver technology‑driven solutions that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and optimise multiple WordPress sites and landing pages, monitoring Core Web Vitals, speed and scalability.
• Develop, test, debug and maintain clean, efficient, scalable code using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and modern frameworks.
• Build responsive, accessible, cross‑browser web applications and implement new features in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Configure and manage servers, databases, hosting environments and integrate third‑party APIs, marketing tech and automation platforms.
• Support SEO initiatives, analytics, advertising tracking and troubleshoot technical marketing issues.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑stack development experience, with at least 5 years focused on WordPress.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills, with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, able to provide technical guidance to team members.

Required skills

• WordPress (Divi, Thrive or similar), JavaScript (Vanilla, React preferred), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
• SQL/MySQL, phpMyAdmin, server configuration and hosting management.
• API integrations, SEO best practices, web accessibility and performance optimisation.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zapier, CallRail or similar automation and tracking tools.
