Full-Time AI Automation Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are a marketing company focused on Meta Ads and are looking for a full‑time AI Automation Specialist to join our remote team. You will work Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM Eastern Time, helping us scale ad production and internal processes through AI‑driven automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automations using AI agents, Make, Zapier or n8n.
• Create and improve AI‑agent skills, instructions, and workflows.
• Automate generation of AI‑powered image and video ads.
• Automate client onboarding, copywriting tasks, and data‑tracking processes.
• Enhance and keep up‑to‑date an existing library of automations and AI workflows.

Required profile

• Fully fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Hands‑on experience with Make, Zapier or n8n.
• Experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication and basic scripting.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations and verify results in GitHub repositories.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
