Fundraising Project Coordinator (6-Month Contract)

About the role

The Holy Trinity Catholic Church Kileleshwa is seeking a dynamic Fundraising Project Coordinator on a six‑month contract to lead its land acquisition fundraising effort. You will work closely with the Parish Priest, project committee and donors to secure the resources needed for this strategic initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies and action plans.
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns, events and donor‑engagement activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with parishioners, donors, partners and other stakeholders.
• Identify new fundraising opportunities, partnerships and grant prospects.
• Monitor fundraising progress, prepare regular reports and adjust tactics as needed.
• Manage project communications, promotional materials and public outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with overall project goals.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Communications, Social Sciences or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in project coordination, business development, marketing or fundraising.
• Demonstrated initiative, agility and the ability to work independently and achieve results.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational abilities.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism and commitment to the values and mission of the Catholic Church.
