General Manager

About the role

The General Manager will lead Lacasa Complex Limited, a member of the CanaanEast group, driving strategic growth and operational excellence from our Nairobi headquarters. This full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to senior leadership and is responsible for shaping the company’s future direction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and drive cost‑effective decisions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a comparable senior leadership role.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
