Global Health Advisory Engagement Manager

About the role

Axmed is building its Global Health Advisory team to expand access to quality medicines in low‑ and middle‑income countries (LMICs). The Engagement Manager will support complex client programs, drive strategic analyses, and manage stakeholder relationships to improve medicine access across LMIC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute multi‑stakeholder programs for global health clients, including client‑facing PMO activities.
• Prepare high‑quality deliverables, meeting materials, and reports that align with client needs.
• Conduct LMIC market and landscape analyses to identify opportunities, challenges, and competitive positioning.
• Develop value propositions, financing models, and go‑to‑market strategies tailored to LMIC contexts.
• Maintain primary client relationships, lead workshops, and represent the team in external engagements.

Required profile

• BS/BA in Public Health, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in LMIC healthcare settings, preferably in consulting, global health, or life sciences.
• Proven project‑management and analytical skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong research, analysis, and synthesis abilities to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with market and portfolio strategy analysis for LMICs.
• Knowledge of financing, pricing, and innovative funding approaches for resource‑constrained settings.
• Familiarity with channel and delivery model design for medicines in LMICs.
• Ability to engage ministries of health, NGOs, funders, and private‑sector partners.
