Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Kenya)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our UK education recruitment team, working remotely from Kenya. The role offers a clear pathway to develop a career in international recruitment, focusing on sourcing and placing teachers and SEN staff in UK schools.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through our database, job boards and other channels.
• Review CVs, conduct screening calls and assess suitability.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with teachers, teaching assistants and SEN professionals.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline with regular follow‑up.
• Progress candidates through the recruitment process and achieve placement targets.
• Update the recruitment CRM accurately and consistently.
• Develop knowledge of the UK education market and your assigned geographic area.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong communication skills.
• High level of ambition, resilience and coachability.
• Evidence of achievement and ownership in previous roles or academic projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using recruitment databases and job boards.
• Ability to conduct effective phone interviews and assessments.
