Graduate Trainee Program

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic recent graduates to join Celcom Africa Ltd’s one‑year Graduate Trainee Program in Nairobi. The programme rotates trainees through ICT, Operations, Customer Service and Sales & Marketing, giving hands‑on exposure to core business functions and building a solid foundation for a career in the telecom sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of assigned departments and support project implementation.
• Collect, analyse and prepare data reports for management.
• Provide administrative and operational support, including documentation and record‑keeping.
• Support customer service initiatives to improve client experience.
• Contribute to sales and marketing activities such as market research and customer engagement.
• Perform basic ICT tasks, system support and troubleshooting.
• Assist financial and accounting processes where required.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably IT or related) with at least Second Class Honors.
• Graduated within the last three years.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and good time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
