Outside Sales Representative

About the role

The Outside Sales Representative will be the face of The Chefs' Warehouse, delivering exceptional service to chefs, restaurateurs, caterers, hotels and retail establishments. You will grow business by building strong relationships and presenting premium food‑service products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities and expand existing accounts across an assigned territory.
• Compile prospect lists from networking events, trade shows, industry publications and online sources.
• Travel regularly to meet existing and potential customers, delivering product samples and catalogs.
• Present product features and benefits that align with customer needs.
• Quote prices, negotiate credit terms and prepare contracts for orders.
• Maintain order timelines and ensure accurate follow‑up.

• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
