Growth Manager

About the role

Hire Africa is seeking a commercially‑minded, data‑driven Growth Manager to own and accelerate the company’s growth across its SaaS platform, recruitment services and managed workforce solutions. You will work directly with the founder to design and execute acquisition strategies, increase platform adoption and turn growth initiatives into measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive qualified traffic, employer registrations, platform adoption and paying customers.
• Identify, test and optimise acquisition channels, campaigns and funnels for both SaaS and service offerings.
• Lead B2B lead generation efforts using LinkedIn, cold email and other outbound tactics.
• Collaborate with the creative team to launch content, partnership and digital marketing initiatives.
• Track and analyse growth metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, CAC, revenue and retention, and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, customer acquisition or business development.
• Proven track record of growing a product, platform or customer base with measurable commercial results.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work independently in a fast‑moving startup.
