Growth Manager, Paid Media

About the role

GiveDirectly’s Individual Giving team is aiming to double new donor acquisition by 2027. As the Growth Manager, Paid Media you will own the end‑to‑end paid media program, driving both one‑time and recurring donations across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid digital fundraising strategies to acquire new donors and grow revenue.
• Manage daily paid media spend, pacing, CPA and conversion metrics, reallocating budget based on performance.
• Run top‑of‑funnel brand campaigns, including podcasts, OOH and connected TV placements.
• Design and run multivariate test‑and‑learn programs across creative, audience, messaging and landing pages.
• Build and maintain attribution, UTM tracking and performance dashboards linking campaign, website and CRM data.
• Provide strategic budget recommendations to senior leadership and report performance bi‑weekly.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience with a proven record of meeting conversion or revenue targets.
• Experience managing a paid media budget of at least US$5M per year.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable trusting data over platform recommendations.
• Excellent written communication and ability to direct creative ad development.
• Alignment with GiveDirectly’s values and core competencies such as emotional intelligence and problem solving.
