Growth & Partnerships Executive – Travel

About the role

Kaziweza Limited is seeking a dynamic Growth & Partnerships Executive to drive group travel sales and build strategic collaborations across Nairobi and beyond. You will work closely with corporate clients, community groups, and creators to design and sell tailored travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pitch group travel packages to corporates, HR teams, chamas, universities, gyms, and social communities.
• Build and nurture relationships with community leaders, organizations, and partners.
• Present customized travel proposals, manage the sales pipeline, and close group bookings.
• Attend networking events and represent Kaziweza in meetings.
• Support creators in planning, launching, and promoting their trips.
• Assist creators with sales campaigns, messaging, and promotional strategies.
• Monitor bookings and recommend actions to improve sales performance.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable presenting to businesses and engaging with community groups.
• Self‑driven, organized, and able to work independently.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, fintech, events, or startups is a plus.
