About the role
We are looking for a proactive Guest Relations & Reservations Officer to join our hospitality team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations and ensuring a seamless stay experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming reservation enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
- Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping to guarantee room availability and guest preferences.
- Handle guest check‑in and check‑out processes, addressing any issues promptly.
- Promote upselling opportunities and special packages to maximise revenue.
- Maintain accurate records in the property management system and generate daily reports.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in hotel reservations, front office or guest relations.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.
