Hardware Field Sales Executive – Nairobi & Mombasa

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Hardware Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our construction and building material tools across Nairobi and Mombasa. You will be the front‑line representative, generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit prospective clients such as hardware stores, garages, construction firms and auto‑repair shops.
• Demonstrate product features, provide technical advice and offer after‑sales support.
• Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations and close sales while ensuring accurate order processing.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads, track territory performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Collaborate with logistics, inventory, finance and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and report insights to management.
• Uphold company brand values and comply with sales policies in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 24 months of sales experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Nairobi and/or Mombasa).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Base salary of KSH 15,000 – 20,000 per month plus commissions.
