Head of Customer Success

About the role

Stravito is looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead its global Customer Success team. This hands‑on, operational leadership role combines strategic execution with day‑to‑day involvement, ensuring customers receive top‑tier support and that the team delivers exceptional results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and develop a team of 10‑15 Customer Success Managers, becoming their trusted point of escalation.
• Own customer escalations end‑to‑end and act as the senior presence on critical calls.
• Translate global Customer Success strategy into actionable processes and embed change so it sticks.
• Maintain smooth operations by spotting issues early, resolving them at the appropriate level, and escalating only when necessary.
• Stay actively involved in customer accounts, ensuring the team’s work directly supports client outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven background as an enterprise Customer Success Manager, having performed the role hands‑on.
• 2‑3 years of people‑management experience in Customer Success (e.g., Senior Manager, Head of, Regional Director, Team Lead).
• Strong accountability and a track record of delivering results in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior customers.
