Head of Sales and Revenue

About the role

The Head of Sales and Revenue will lead all sales divisions at ElimuTab, driving revenue growth across educational tablets, smart screens, STEM programs, retail, and distributor channels. This senior leadership position requires managing people, systems, and performance to scale the business in Kenya and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple sales teams, set targets, and conduct weekly pipeline reviews.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for school sales, smart screens, STEM & AI Academy, retail, and reseller networks.
• Ensure CRM discipline, monitor lead flow, improve follow‑up processes, and build forecasting dashboards.
• Manage channel relationships with schools, retailers, distributors, and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics, and finance to support expansion.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and management ability with experience overseeing several sales teams.
• Highly organized, execution‑driven, and comfortable with fast‑paced startup environments.
• Proven track record of scaling sales operations and achieving revenue targets.
• Analytical mindset with solid reporting and KPI monitoring skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, ManyChat, and WhatsApp automation.
• Ability to create sales playbooks, SOPs, and forecasting dashboards.
