Head of Sales

About the role

The Head of Sales will lead the student recruitment and enrolment efforts for Medprime Training College across all campuses, driving growth and meeting institutional targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies, action plans and forecasts to achieve enrolment targets.
• Drive student recruitment through lead generation, follow‑ups and conversion across all campuses.
• Supervise, coach and motivate the sales team to meet individual and departmental goals.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers to monitor performance and improve campus‑level sales results.
• Collaborate with digital and external marketing teams to align campaigns with recruitment targets.
• Track sales KPIs, enrolment figures, lead conversion rates and team productivity.
• Establish strategic partnerships with schools, healthcare facilities and other organisations to increase student recruitment.
• Prepare regular sales reports and ensure compliance with institutional policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales & Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• Relevant sales and team‑leadership experience in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, planning and analytical abilities.
• Experience managing sales teams across multiple branches is an advantage.
