Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role
We are seeking compassionate Customer Service Representatives to serve as the first point of contact for our healthcare partners and patients. In this remote position you will ensure patients receive accurate information and that their records are processed correctly and securely.
Key responsibilities
- Patient intake: answer inbound calls, register new patients and update existing profiles.
- Insurance verification: check eligibility and coordinate authorizations with providers.
- Scheduling: arrange medical appointments and follow‑up consultations.
- Documentation: maintain detailed, HIPAA‑compliant records of all interactions.
Required profile
- Strong empathy and patient‑focused communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet connectivity.
