HORECA Field Sales Representative – Nairobi & Surrounding Counties

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HORECA sales professional to expand the reach of Knorr Professional and Hellmann’s across Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado and Machakos. You will spend most of your week in the field, visiting professional kitchens, understanding menu needs and driving product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and achieve monthly sales and new‑account targets.
• Prospect and open accounts in hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering firms, bakeries, schools, hospitals and corporate canteens.
• Plan efficient visitation routes and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations, tastings and recommend solutions based on menu, volume and food‑cost targets.
• Take orders, coordinate internal delivery, and follow up on payments.
• Record visits, orders and sales activity on a smartphone and report weekly on performance and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales within the foodservice or HORECA sector.
• Ability to travel daily across the four counties and plan routes efficiently.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with chefs, F&B managers and procurement teams.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
