HORECA Sales Executive

About the role

The HORECA Sales Executive will drive business growth across hotels, restaurants, cafes, hospitals, schools, churches and other institutions. You will promote a range of tissue and detergent FMCG products, build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets in the Nairobi Westlands area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the HORECA channel.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers in the hospitality and institutional sectors.
• Present product solutions, negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Maintain and expand product listings to increase brand presence.
• Manage existing accounts to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience selling FMCG products to HORECA customers.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and expanding product listings.
• Strong understanding of the hotel, restaurant, café, hospital, school and church segments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage a portfolio of accounts and travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly salary of KSH 35,000.
• Transport and airtime allowance.
• Full‑time, on‑site position in Westlands, Nairobi.
