About the role
The Mombasa Hospital is seeking an experienced Hospital Matron to lead clinical governance and ensure high standards of patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Clinical Governance team
- Provide team leadership and resource management
- Advocate for patients and ensure compliance with regulations
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid practising licence from the Nursing Council of Kenya
- 7-10 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 4 years in a senior management or supervisory role
Required skills
- ATLS certification
- ACLS certification
- EPLS certification
- ETA certification
