Hospitality Sales Executive – Nairobi

About the role

Lesaka Merchant Division (Hospitality) is seeking a dynamic Hospitality Sales Executive to join its Growth Team in Nairobi. The role focuses on helping restaurants, cafés and other hospitality venues improve operations and customer experience through smart payment and POS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by prospecting and closing new business within the hospitality sector.
• Identify growth opportunities in restaurants, cafés and similar venues and build trusted relationships with owners and decision‑makers.
• Present tailored payment and POS solutions, conduct product demonstrations and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Install, configure and provide basic troubleshooting for POS devices and related hardware.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipelines, forecast sales performance and process contracts efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in fintech, hospitality technology or product‑driven environments.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer‑first mindset with excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
